meridies® services involve a comprehensive analysis of needs and culture of the organization, which guides the design and delivery of the program. The transference process aims at connecting the learning with reality, according to the goals for the sessions.
meridies® designs the learning process in response to the organization, its values and challenges. Different assessment tools can be combined during this stage in order to provide a starting point and determine the objectives for the program. We introduce the ‘outdoors’ component during the design stage, which is metaphoric in nature. The ‘out-of-doors provides the milieu for exploring behaviors and development of specific competences that enhance personal and organizational effectiveness. We utilize different type of activities, with different level of physical involvement, depending on the group profile and the desired outcomes. The last component of all training sessions is the review process, led by the group and aided by a facilitator. The group will reflect on tasks, behaviors and processes and all learning associated with them. The group can borrow diverse ‘change’ models to establish their own process and monitoring plan.
meridies®programs can be co-designed with external or internal consultants of the organizations, particularly in cases where the training session is framed by larger and long-term organizational development initiatives. |
